Important Notes, Terms and Conditions:

Registration

1. Participants must carefully read the following information. By submitting the registration application, it signifies that the participant confirms and agrees to abide by all the rules, terms, and arrangements of the activities.
2. Once the participant's registration application is accepted, the registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. After registration, the participant will receive an order confirmation email. If the confirmation email is not received as scheduled, please contact Saiyeun (Email: booking@saiyuen.com; Phone: (852) 2981 1010; Whatsapp: 5532 1993).
3. Registering for the same activity slot multiple times will be considered as a single registration. Additional registration fees will not be refunded and cannot be transferred to other applicants or activities.
4. Children aged 3 or below are admitted free of charge. Staff members have the right to verify the age of the individuals entering the premises.
5. Unregistered friends and members of the public are not allowed to enter the venue.
6. Participants must bring a printed copy of the notification email or present the relevant notification email for entry.
7. If the number of registrations is insufficient two weeks before the event, Saiyuen reserves the right to cancel any applications, and the registration fees will be refunded to the applicants.
8. Saiyuen reserves the right to the final interpretation of the above terms and conditions.

Health and Safety Tips

1. Participants must ensure that they are in suitable physical condition to participate in the activities. If there are any concerns, please consult a doctor before attending.
2. Participants must have a clear understanding of the activity content and nature, and be aware that the activity requires physical exertion. It is important to ensure that their health condition is suitable for participating in the activity. The organizers recommend that all participants monitor their own physical condition during the activity and assess whether they are fit to participate. If any discomfort arises during the activity, participants are advised to immediately cease the activity and seek assistance from on-site staff.
3. Participants are advised to take measures to protect themselves from sun exposure, such as bringing sunscreen, wearing a hat, and staying hydrated.
4. Participants are advised to take personal mosquito prevention measures as needed. The campsite is located in a rural area and is prone to insect activity. Please be mindful of this.
5. Saiyuen reserves the right to cancel the eligibility of any participant who is deemed unsuitable to participate in this event upon becoming aware of or suspecting such circumstances.

Inclement Weather

If the Red Rainstorm Warning or above, or Typhoon Signal No. 3 or above is hoisted between 4:00 p.m. on March 29, 2024, and March 30, 2024, the "Easter Egg Hunt Fun" event scheduled for March 30, 2024, will be canceled.

• If the aforementioned warnings are hoisted prior to the event resulting in its cancellation, the registration fee will not be refunded.
• If inclement weather or any of the aforementioned warnings are issued during the ongoing event, Saiyuen have the right to modify or cancel the activities. The registration fee will not be refunded.
• Participants are advised to call or visit the Hong Kong Observatory to inquire about the weather conditions on the morning of the event. (Phone: 1878200)
