Hong Kong Organic Resource Centre (HKORC) is the first local non-profit organization under the Agricultural Development Fund to facilitate the development of organic agriculture. To further promote organic certified and sustainable aqua-products in Hong Kong, The first Organic Aquaculture Festival held on 4th November 2018 at Stanley Plaza. 

Saiyuen, Cheung Chau, which has been approved by the "Aquaculture IFOAM", has also set up a booth to sell and promote the carp that is bred by Fish and vegetable symbiosis. Guests who come to Saiyuen can also visit and learn about the fish and vegetable symbiosis system with family and friends!
