– Venue rental is subject to Hong Kong’s legislation with regard to “Public Entertainment”.
– Clients are responsible for applying “Temporary Places of Public Entertainment Licence” or dance floor licence when applicable.
– Clients are required to observe and comply with all regulations relating to the Noise Control Ordinance in Hong Kong.
For the consideration of the public and residents at Sai Wan, all clients are required to tune down any P.A. and / or musical broadcast / after 9 pm and
shut down by 10 pm.
