CANCELLATION POLICY 

GUARANTEE / CANCELLATION / NO SHOW POLICY
Full payment is required at the time of booking. 
Once payment is applied, the reservation is guaranteed, any subsequent modification or cancellation will be subjected to administration fee according to the schedule below.

 

> 7 days before arrivalPayment will be refunded in full, less the 10% administration fee
3 - 7 days before arrival60% of the payment will be refunded
(payment less 10% administration fee & 30% retention charge)
2 days before arrivalNo refund will be arranged

 

Refunds will be made within 21 working days.
Guests who fail to arrive by 9:00 pm on the arrival date, and who have not made prior arrangements will be considered no shows. No shows and early check-outs will be billed in full to guest’s Paypal account or credit card used to guarantee the reservation. No refunds will be arranged.
