* In case of inclement weather or emergency, activities or venue bookings are subject to cancellation without further notice. Where possible, Saiyuen will arrange a substitution of activities, facilities or venue. Events affected by inclement weather may be rescheduled pending availability, with no penalty. Last minute cancellations of outdoor activities due to inclement weather will not be considered for refunds. Please pay attention to Saiyuen Management’s announcements or contact our booking office.
** Guests may apply to reschedule their visit within 7 days. The validity of the booking or venue rental will be extended for 60 days from the day of the inclement weather. Guests who fail to make such arrangements forfeit the opportunity to reschedule and will receive no refunds from Saiyuen.
